Wellington, this day. After many delnys, occasioned by presß of public business, the Premier lefb for Lyttelton, en route for Hobart, on Sunday afternoon, by the Government's steamer Tutanokai. Mrs Seddon and Miss. Mary Stuart Seddon accompany the Premier. After the conclusion of the Premiers' Conference, the Premier, Mrs Seddon, and Miss Seddon intend visiting relatives in Victoria, and no ,d_oubt_.the. Premier will be ablo to obtain positive proofs as to the genuineness of bhe remarkable flying feat performed by a Homing pigeon presented to him by his relatives. The Premier returns to this colony via Sydney.

The Premier and party lefb by express thiß morning, en route for Bluff, to join tbe Manapouri. While in town Mr Seddon had an interview with Lord Glasgow, the nature of which has nob transpired.
