OAJtEY.—On January 24.1897, at hia lata residence, Chiipel Square, John, the beloved husband of Mary Carey ; aged 64 years. R.I.P. The funeral will leave the above address for Waikomiti to-morrow (Tuesday), at 2 p.m.
DAWSON.—Oa January 24, at his residence, Moriiing-ude, Thomas Dawson, late Captain 67th Regiment: age.i 59 year 3. Tho funeral will leave lor St. Luke'i Cemetery. Mount Albert, to-day. at 4.30 p.m.
MACK.—On January 24. at the residence of his parents. Kant-street, Norman Kdmond, the beloved child of James and Annie Mack; aged 2 years and 9 mouths. Very deeply regretted. ' . Interment took place tb-day.
