Dr. J. M-orray Moore, F.R.G.S., formerly of Auckland, delivered an interesting lecture on " New Zealand * in connection with the Seamen's Institute, Liverpool, on Dsee'mber Sth. The lectnra was illustrated by a good .election of slides. The ohairtnan was the Rev. Mr O'&erke (cbaplaiu), who is the nephew of Bir George Maurice O'Rorko, Speaker of the how Zealand Parliament, The large audience highly appreciated the lecture, and the majority of these present had an opportunity of seeing many enrioe from New Zealand. .
