THE VENEZUELA AND NICARAGUA DEPUTES.
Washington, January 21. Lord Salisbury has agreed to the Venezuela Govornmenb nominating an arbitrator (or the settlement ot the boundary question. Probably M. VV. Fuller, United States Chief Justice, will be selected. Id is expected D. J. Brewer, one of the Judges of tlis Supreme Court of the United Sbatos, will, be the ooher arbitrator. Mr Olney says the torma of the arbitration treaty cover the dispute which hag arisen over the Nicaragua Canal
