The hearing ot me charge of conspiracy against; the dynamitard Beil waa resumed ao tho Bow-sfcroefc Courb today ; but owing to tho absence of proof of tho accused's connection with the Antwerp dynamite factory caso, the charge waa withdrawn, and Bell discharged. Sir Matthew White Ridley, Homo Secretary, replying to strictures made in cho House of Cotncnona on tiho un««tisfiictory endintr of the Tynaa conspiracy trials, declared that notwithstanding their iailuro tho police had prevented a great disaster.
