In the debate on the Addross-in-Reply, Mr O'Brien, tho Parnellico inembor for Kilkenny city, proposed an bruendnieut in favour of amnesty being granted to alt the Irish dynamiters. "Mr Ridley opposed the amendment), and refused to make any exception ia the treatmen fc of the Irish prisoners. Tho amendmonb was negatived by a largo majority. Mr Dillon submitted an amendment to the Address thab the fall in prices of produce required a further reducbion in rents in Ireland.
The debate waa adjourned. Mr Chamberlain has moved for the re-appoinbmenb of a Royal Committee of Enquiry re Jamoaoja'a raid in bbc Transvaal-
