NEW YEAR.
Shareholders in the Kathleen claim, at Tairua, meb on January 13th, when ib wav resolved to form a no-liability company, to be called the New Year, with a capital of 100,000 shares of Is each, 96,000 issued, and 4,000 reserved for the company. The following appointments were made:—Manager, Mr D. G. MacDonnell; directors, Messrs H. Gordon, F. Amodeo, G. Aickin, Wright and Tempesb.
