B. T. Db Silva v. Antony Sebreny— - Claim £4 9a 2d, rent of ft coffee stall, board, etc.—Judgment was given for plaintifl for £3 19a lid, costs 6s. John Broady v. C. Annett.—Claim £2 ss, for adding a boiler bo a stove.— Judgment was given for amount claimed, with costs £19s.—Mr Reid appeared for plaintiff and Mr J. W. Gifctos (for Dr. Laishley, who was unable to be present) for defendant.
