Another largo audience assembled last evening ia the City Hall to witness the operationo of Herman, the magnetic healer. As U6U»I, Professor Hall made a few remarks upon the power of animal magneti#m, as ho introduced the Healer. A number of patients wer6 treated, most of whom admitted to have boen benefited by Hermann's ministrations. MiThomae-LiLHgden, who eaid he was sutiariiig from chronic rheumatism, was, aftor trea'menb by the Healer, able to walk about frealy. Mr Smalhurss., who stated he had sull'ared from deafness for the last thirty years, said aftor treatment thab he could hear more plaisly.
