Notice w hereby given that a Scheme under the provisions of the e._.ovo Act dealing with enrtain monies in the hands of tbe said Trustees, together with the report upon tho said Scheme of the Honorable the SolicitorGeneral of New Zealand, has been filed in the •Uitloe of the Suvr.me' Court of New Zealand, at Ancfelaud. by the laid Trustees, and tho Baid Scheme and Report will he laid before His Ho.nor Mr Justice Conolly. a Judge of the said Court, for his consideration. And further, that the said Scheme and Report now lie at the Office of the said Court, at Auckland, and are open for inspection by the pnb'ic free of charge., And further, that on FRIDAY, the 14th day of August. 1896. at eleven o'clock in the forenoon; or on tho first day thereafter on which the Court shall sit in Chambers.
