, City, By-laws.—For having no lighe attached.to. his carb after sunset on the 9th July, ; Wm.. Murray was fined Is with 7s costs.—For obstructing a thoroughfare by allowing a horse and carb to remain across same George Herberb was fined le with 13* cosbs—Mr T. C? Turner prosecuted.
