The capital was fixed ab £9,000 in 90,000 shares ab 2s each oil paid up. The directors elected were : Massra W. Gorrie, W. Blomfield, VY. J. Geddie, R. H. A. Potter and Henry Sergeant. Appointments were made as follows :— Legal manager, Mr George Elliot: auditor, Mr Geo. Pierson ; solicitor, Mr G. A. Gribble ; bankers, National Bank.
