OUR GOLDFIELDS.
QUEEN ANNIE
A company called the Queen Annie Goldmining Company (no liability) was formed at the office of Mr W. Elliot this afternoon, to work the above special claim. The capital was fixed ab £9,000 in 90,000 shares ab 2s each oil paid up. The directors elected were : Massra W. Gorrie, W. Blomfield, VY. J. Geddie, R. H. A. Potter and Henry Sergeant. Appointments were made as follows :— Legal manager, Mr George Elliot: auditor, Mr Geo. Pierson ; solicitor, Mr G. A. Gribble ; bankers, National Bank.
