Gaming and Lotteries Act..—By consent tbo charges preferred agaioab Tobiai Tobias, Francis Machattie, Daniel id§l Leod, Robert Cleland, and George Doig, for breaches of the Gaming and Lotteries Act were further adjourned till Monday next*. '

Drunkenness. — Three first offender were cautioned and discharged, and three others were fined 5s and pay costs, orb default 24 hours in Mounb Eden.—Wm; Thornton, charged with being drunk and ' disorderly, was fined 10s or the alternative of 48 hours' imprisonment.—James Stewarb and Alfred George Weipperb were fined 10s, or in default 48 hours' imprisonment, An Old Offender.—Kate Hinch, found drunk in Aibert-streat, was fined 40b, or, in default, 14 days' imprisonment For stealing an overcoat, value 10s, the property of Benj.
