ATLAS (WHARBKAUBAPUNGA).
This claim consists of 100 acres, and adjoins the Tavisteck eround, recently floated in London, and now known as the Royal Standard. It is claimed thab the Tavistock reefs traverse the ground, and work will ab once bo begun to develop the property. The Christchurcb agents of W. William EHiotb, Bank of New Zealand Buildings, hav9 just floated the claim, and a meeting to form a Company will bo hold tb-morrbtv (Tiieacliiy)"ab 12.30: p.m. We understand that 45 shares were sold at £35 each, which gives a sum of £1,575 with which to begin work.
lOLANTHE.
The proapeebqs of the lolanthe special claim may now be seen at Messrs Stone and Home's office, Queen-street*. The lolanthe claim is situated at Whangamata, next! the Rothschild claim, and it is stated thab the three reefs in this property pass through the lolanthe. In order to better develop the ground, the holders have divided their interest into 70 shares of 1,000 scrip each, of which 30 are offered to the public ab £25 snch, half cash down. ' The vendors' terms are very reasonable, as they only stipulate to receive £75 for survey fees, and also agree to pool their shares at Is each for cix months.
