ANOTHER BUSY DAY.

Business was again very brisk on the Stock Excbaoge to-day, there being buyers for 108 different mining stocks, with free transactions. Waitekauri shares sold as high as £5, wibh furbher buyer, at £4 18s. Woodstocks were still in demand, sales being mada ab 43s 6d, while Crowns again changed hands ab 425. Talismans remained wibh firm buyers ab 16s 9d, at which price sales were also made. Talisman Extended again advanced, several bhousande changing hands ab from 2s lOd bo 38 Id, tha market closing wibh firm buyers ab 3s. Waverley shares also rose bo 2s 9d, while Waitekauri No. 4 shares sold at 3s 4d and 3s 3d, bhere being strong buyers ab the latter figure, An advance was also registered in Puru Consolidateds, which chares reached 2s 7d to-day. Bunker's Hill shares again sold ab Bs, and Welcome Finds advanced to 2s 6d bobh sales and buyers. Zealandias were inabrong demand sales being made ab Is 8d and Is 9d, while free bransacbions were reported in Progress-Casble Rock shares ab la 4d and la sd.
