Trustees. — In tho nmbber of " The Truabaos Acb, 1883," and of George Cruickshank deceased.—Motion that Win. McLaughlin ba discharged from tho office of brust.ee, and thab Barbara Cruickshank and Georgo Cruickshank be appointed in his place.—Order as prayed. In the matter of bho same Acb and of Wm. Finlay, of Edinburgh, deceased.—Motion bhat Wm. Elliobt be appoinbed a bruetee in place of Joseph Newman (deceased). —No ordor was made.
Invicta G.M, Company.—ln the mabter of The Companies Act, 1882, and of the Invicta G.M. Company (in liquidabion).— Mobion bo approve of reporb of Registrar re remuneration to be allowed to the Official Liquidator.—The reporb was approved by His Honor, and costs £2 2s allowed.
