Solitaire, Martyrdom, and Daring did a useful cix furlong flutter. Melinite aad Finroae moved freely over three circuits. Glengarry (Hyde) and Totoros (Redmond) were sent twice over the steeplechase country, both giving satisfaction i: their jumps. Forty Winka (Woolley) an<: Obaieri (Stone) did the same country, jump ing in a very clean manner. Tiritea am Hopeful were sent twice round, the formei taking hiß jumps in good style, but Hopeful refused repeatedly. Chris and Capon Rouge were exorcised over the small sticks, both doing their work well, while Rangipnnehu also jumped safely.
