THE MARIPOSA.

The mail steamer Maripoea arrived very early this morning from San Francisco and the usual ports of call. Sho was one day late in leaving tba American port owing to the late arrival of the mails, and therefore she is up to time in her arrival at this end. Air Smith, the purser, to whom we are indebted for our dispatches and files, reports that the steamer Bailed from San Francisco on February 7ih at 2 p.m.. and having mado a tow hours' stay at Honolulu on the 14th, left there at 7 p.m. of that date, and dropped anchor off Apia on February 21ac Sailed tor Auckland ate 11 p.m. that day, and mado fast to Queenstreet Wharf shortly before four this morning. Variable weatherwith light winds waa experienced throughout the voyage. The Mariposa, in continuation of her voyage, sailed shortly after three this afternoon for Sydney.
