The half-yearly meeting of the Auckland Druids' Lodge waa held on Jan. 7bh ab the Cook-ebreeb Fall, when the election of officers for bbc ensuing berm took place and resulbed aa follows : —J.P. A,, Bro. Roberb McKinnon ; A.D., Bro. W. F. Connolly; V.A.', Bro. George Downey ; Secretary, Bro. G. Peace (re-elected); Treasurer, Bro. A. P. Johnston ; A.D.B's., Bros. Annan and Fletcher; V.A.B's., Bros. Gunbhorp and H. Duffin ; Minube Secrebary, Bro. A. P. Johnston ; Librarian, Bro. T. Ferner (re-elected) ; Organiab. J. Cosgrave (reelected); 1.G., Bro.'W. Brannigan ; 0.G., Bro. J. Coagrave ; Surgeons, Broß. Darby and Moir (reelected). The newly-elected brethren were duly installed by the worthy D.G.P., Bro. W. Jennings, ably assisted by P. A. Bro. Jas. Flanagan. A handsomely-framed diploma was presented to Bro. J. Coserare, who had ably filled the P.A t chair for the past term.
