Gisborne, tlrie day. Grave anxiety is felt concerning the safety of Dr. Lawson Heale, who left town on Wodneaday for the purpose of witnessing a large bu&h fire on property owned by himself and Mr Lysnar, in Waimata Valley. In the afternoon Dr. Heale went out with others from the homestead to set fire to some fallen bush, and, after the fire had been started, ho wne missed. He had not returned to tho homestead during the night, and a search was commenced at ab daylight yesterday, and carried on all day without success.
