DEATH OF THE HON. J. N. WILSON, M.L.C.
London, November 17. Obituary : The Hon. J. N. Wilson, M.L.C., of New Zealand. (BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Naeier, this day. A cable message received on Saturday evening announced the death on the 14th ins!., at Weybridge, England, of th 6 Hon, J. N. Wilson, till lately member of the Legislative Council of New Zealand, and senior partner in tho jpld legal firm of Wilson and Cotterill, of Napier. Tho immediate cause of death .was cancer in the throat. Deceased, who as an English solicitor bad practised in London'some years prior to his arrival in this country, w.iß an old colonist. He arrived in New Zealand in 1859, was called to the bar of the colony in thab year, and shortly after took up his abode in Nupier. He practised here for more than 30 years.
