THE BECHUANA' CHIEFS
THE VAAL FORDS RE-OPENED
Capetown, November 9. The Transvaal has declined to allow the Cape 50 per cent, of the traffic .returns of the uniting railways. Ib is stated that Khama and bhe other Bechuanaland chiefs will remain under Imperial control. Tha Transvaal haa re-opened the Vaal Fords, and will nob again close them without consulting the Imperial Government.
