OPINIONS OF LORD SALISBURY
London, November 10. Loed Salisbury, speaking ab Guildhall, ridiculed bhe Russo-Chinose treaty. Great Britain, ho said, was equal to eibhor war or peace, bub the outlook waa peaceful. Britain did nob fear being excluded from the markotß.
