Palmerstok North, this day. On Saturday nighb a four-roomed cottage was discovered on fire> The flames were subdued withoub much damage. The building presented the appearance ■of having been wilfully set on fire. A good deal of tow, saturated with kerosene, was found lying about. The owner and occupier, James Moody Ponton, has boon arrested on a charge of arson. .". ,
