News from Noumea reports! the discovery of a quantity of wreckage, consisting of fehe after parb of a cabin poop t tnd deckhouse, which drifted ashore at Vaoj; the deckhouse was 26 feeb long by 16 feeb i wide, and made of pine. Among the wrec! kage was found the letters "Circ —," also! "Cum," and " Arcum," enclosed on a da rk yellow sbripe with rose-tinted background.

The coaster La Moutke h as been wrecked on the New Caledonian coast, and three lives lost.
