SITTING IN BANKRUPTCY

(Before Hia Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Orders of Discharge.—Mr Calder applied than an order of discharge be granted to Samuel Wrigibb.—There was no opposition on the part of tho Official Assignee.—His Honor said bankrupt had been La receipt of a regular Balary. Although a man only received a small iincome ho toast nob expect to come to the Court to be cleared of hia debts.—Mr Calder explained that bankrupt had a wife and four children. He gob back through sickness in the family and was never able to recover himself.—His Honor granted the order of discharge.— There being no opposition an order of discharge was granted to Wm. Francis Me Williams. — Mr Devore appeared in support of the application.—An application for an order of discharge to TiJson Smith was allowed to stand over.

Adjudication.— Re Henry Robert Branskill (a debtor). —Summons for debtor to show cause why ho should not be adjudicated a bankrupt.—Mr Parr appeared in support of the application.—There was no appearance of the debtor.—Debtor is a farmer at Taotaoroa, and Mr Parr said that judgment for £233 bad been obtained against him in the Supreme Court laab May. —Hia Honor mude the order for debtor to be adjudicated a bankrupt.
