The "Nachrichten," Prince Bismarck's organ, says the Anglo-Gorman Alliance is based on common interests. Ib is imposibla that European policy will henceforth be ruled by the conflicting interests of England and Russia, If Germany does not side with England, Russia will have no ground for expecting support from France.
