Messrs Huddarb Parker and Co.'a,steamer Tasmania made port about one o'clock this morning, after a smart ran across from Sydney. The purser, Mr Carless.'reports that she left Sydney at 7 p.m. on the 3rd, and experienced westerly and sou-westerly squally weather across, rounded the North Cape ab 10.45 yesterday morning and arr rived as above. Besides general cargo, the Tasmania had 48 horses for this port and 8 for Wellington, all in excellent condition.
