Mr Hogan, M.P., is inquiring' of the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for the colonies to be directly represented at. the proposed Monetary Conference, or if not, will he consent to, the appointment-of an Imperial delegate who will set forth the view of the colonies?..
