Stocks of wheat in England and Franco are together 22 million bushels under the amount hold ab the same period lasb year. The English and American wheat markets are declining, and the Continental shows an increased weakness. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for.the United Kingdom is 3,600,000 quarters. Silver, 2s ssd ; Rupee paper, per thousand, £57 59. China is buying silver largely. Australian and Now Zealand Mortgage Company's, 43a 2d ; 'debentures;'£92 10s. Owing to the glutted market rabbits have fallen to 6d. '
