Christchurch, this day.. 0N Saturday nighb the General Commibbee ifl bhe Christchurch Wairarapa Belief Fund Unanimously decided to'devote the balance ?f £275, which remained in hand after providing for Canterbury sufferers by the wrbck, to the support of the orphan children of. the ltvte Mrs McDonald,| the! brave etewarcle'-s ot the VVairarapa. It waß also decided to*send a telegram to Mr! Pollard, jnanagerot the Liliputian Opera Company, •conveying the sympathy of the Commibbee under his reeedb* misfortune.* * The.
