ACCIDENT TO THE OHAU.
The B.s. Oblau returned to port about 4.15 o'clock yesterday afternoon, having mot with an accident to her machinery. It appears fchab about 6 o'clock oil Sunday evening, when ten miles south of tho North Cape, tho back column of the high pressure cylinder cracked. The chief engineer, Mr Smith, thought it advisable to" return to port, a3 should rough weather come on the damage might become serious. Repairs will be completed late to-night, or enrly tomorrow morning, and tho steamer will again sail for Greymouth.
