Thd Minister for Labour desires to remind shopkeepers that tho Act provides that, in the event of any other day than Saturday being chosen by the iocal authorities for the half-holiday, ehopkoepcra arc entitled to close on Saturday instead by giving notice to tho inspector during the month of January in each year.
