; Wellington, this day. In a letter to the "Times" Sir Walter Uuller states that the land sold by Kemp in three parcels to the Government,to himself, and to pay off the law costs of Sievwright and Stoub, has nothing to do with the block of fifteen thousand acres which was the subject of the recenb action in Courb, and Warena Hunia was nob associated with Kemp in the sale in 7 1886.' Individual bibles were issued to Kemp for,theee blocks, and there was no question ot trusteeship.
