Wellington", this day. / The Chief Dairy Inspector, MrSawerß, ha 8 . recommended that the services of at leas'* . three additional dairy instructors, making five in all, be obtained, and the colony divided inqo four divisions, work in each to be under tho direction of one of these instructors, and the Chief Instructor to have general supervision. He recommends as the first division Auckland and Gisborne, and a section of the Hawke's Bay district: second division, Taranaki and part' of Hawke's Bay and Wellington, district; thiid division, Malborough, Kelson, West- ■■; land, and North Canterbury; fourth divi- ? sion.
