In connection with Parcels Post System, parcels irmst be presented for despatch half an hour previous to advertised time of closing mails.

Letters for Registration should be presented and Money Orders procured at the Post Office an hour previous to the closing of the Mails. Registration Fee.—The Registration Fee is now Threepence to all places. Letters bearing an additional Single Rate o£ Postage as a late fee for places beyond New Zealand, and one penny for plncos within Now Zealand (except Thames and Coromandel). may "be posted 20 minutes after the time appointed for closing mails. Late letters are not receivod for mail 3 closing at 5 p.m.. The New Zealand Postal and Telegraph Guide can now bo procured. Price—Single copies, frd each; Annual Subscription, 2a Private Letter Boxes may now bo secured on application at the Chief Clerk's Room. Fee for r\x months, 10s; fee for 12 months, £1.
