Wellington, this day. In the Supreme Court this morning three solicitors were proceeded against for practising without certificates. Alex. J. Bathgate, of Greytown North, wag fined £10 and £3 3s costs. Other two cases were ad<. journed. Charles Long, respondent in a divorce case in which the petitioner obtained s decree nisi and alimony, applied to hava tha order for alimony rescinded, and Hia Honor decided the order should be rescinded unless Mrs Long applied to have the decree made absolute within three weeks.
