He alleged that patients wera disrespectfully trep/ted and tbeir allowances reduced, y/hile official salaries increased, and that members made a convenienco of the Board room for smoking, loafing, etc. Cr. J. T. Smith, who for three years represented the Council on.the Board, replied that members had enough courage,, honesty, and integrity to inquire into the charges it the Doctor would formulate the'asi.
