AN IMPORTANT DISCOVERY.
'• Berlin, September 26. A Congress of German scientists has formally approved of Professor Behring's cure for diphtheria by injecting animal serum. It is estimated this discovery will bo the means of saving a million and a-half of lives in Austria aud Germany alone every decade. '
