Pibton, Liberal members, who were re" turned for Leicester at the general election unopposed^ having resigned their seats owing to ill-health, the vacancieshavo been tilled by the election of Messrs Broadhurst and Hazel, both Liberals, who defeated the Conservative and Labour candidates.
