Graftoit v. United. —A large crowd assembled in tho Domain to witness thia contest, which was probably the most interesting of the season, United winning eventually by 4 go-ila to 2. For United Rice scored 3 goals, and Smith, who waa nob in his usual form, scored the other. Besides the abovenamed, Shaw, W. Heather and C. Heather played well. Graf ton's scorer was LairJ, who secured both goals, and played perhaps the besb forward game on the ground. Cantley, Totman, Manton and Holland, played thair usual games, whilst the goal keeping of Smith was excellent. West End v. North Shore. — This match resulted in a draw, neither side scoring, although West End had, if any thing, the besb of bho game.

The Tauranga team arrived from Tauranga by tho Clansman yesterday morning, and in company with bhe Franklin and Auckland representatives were driven round Lake Takapuna yesberday afbernoon. They leave for Thames to-morrow (Tuesday), playing there on tho following day and returning hero to meet Auckland on Saturday next. The Franklin team left by the Waikato train for their homes this morning.
