SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS BY AN EX-GOVERNOR,
Romb, May 6. Sionor Tauloroo. ex-Governor of tbe Bank of Rome, explained during trial that the former Ministers, with a view to raising tbe price of Government stock, compelled the bank to sanction procedure involving largo losses.
