SIERRA LEONE.
OBSTRUCTIVE ATTITUDE OF THE FRENCH.
London, April 20.
Information- has been received that the French stopped the Governor of Sierra Leone.on the West Coast of Africa, from going into the interior to inquire into the attitude of tbe natives, threatening to kill him if he persisted in his intention.
