All that area in the Auckland Land District, commencing at the south head of the Okura River, bounded towards the east by high water mark of the sea to the road, which forms the eastern boundary of Section No. 181, of the Parish of Takapuna ; towards tbe south generally by the aforesaid road to its junction with the Great North Road; towards the south west Renorally by the Great North Road to the Okura River aforesaid ; and towards the north-west by the Okura River to the commencing point. North Road to its junction with the road which forms the southern boundary of Section No. 197 of the Parish of Takapuna; towards the so-ith-east generally by the latter road to the south-west-ern angle of Section No. 200 of that Parish, thence by the sonth-western boundary of Section No. 200 ai d the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 201, 202 and 205 to road at the north-western angle of tho last named Section, and thence in a south-westerly direction by that road to Hellyer's Creek: towards tho sonth g nerally by tho waters of the Waitemata River to the mouth of Paremeremo Creek; towards tho west generally by Paremoremo Creek aforesaid as far as the south-eastern angle of Section No. 7 of the Parish of Paremoremo, thence by the north-eastern boundary of that section, thence by a right line to the southern angle of Section No. 81 of the parish last named, thence by the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section No. 81, parts of the so th - eastern and northeastern boundaries of Section No. 54. and part of the south-eastern bonndary of Section No. 57, to the south-western angle of Section No. 78; and towards the north-west generally by the south-western boundary of Section No. 78. the sonth-western and southeastern boundaries of Section No. 77, also of the Parish of Paremornmo. and the south-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 287 and 288 of the Parish of Pukcatua to tbo road at the southeastern angle of tho latter section, thence by the said road across Section 11.
