Mr Luke : Thab rule is more honoured in the breach than in tbe observance. Mr Luke moved, "That Mr Benge be appointed to the headmasfaership of the Woodside School aba salary of £135 a year." Mr Wilding seconded the motion, which was carried, Messrs Luke, Wilding, Theo. Cooper and W. P. Moatj voting in favour of ib.
