JSanokok, March 19. The Mandarin nf Phrazo has been ac quitted of tbe murder of Inspector Großgurm, tho massacre of whoee party was ostensibly the causo of bhe quarrel between France and Siam. Though other Europeans in Bangkok aro satisfied of the fairness of the trial the .Franco, insist that Phrazo shall be tried again before the French and Siamese judges.
