(From tho German.) A fool remarked ono day Thab man waj made to mourn ; 'Tis now the creed, they say, Of every fool that's born. So pleasure droops and dies, For Folly's voice is atronger; Dull are the people's eyes, Bub their ear 3 are growing longer !
