BRITAIN AND THE COLONIES.
RECIPROCAL RELATIONS.
London, March 16. The colonial delegates at present in London have arranged to wait on Lord Ripon, and ask thab an Imperial Act may bo passed extending the operations of the Act of 1873, enabling ail British colonies to conclude reciprocal relations with each other. The delegates also discussed the desirability of renouncing the Zollverein and Belgian treaties, but no decision was arrived at, the meeting- holding that the proposal bad no direct connection with the previous question.
