BUSH FIRES.

Bulls, this day. The houses on Bridge Roacl had a narrow escapo from destruction by a bush fire on Saturday. In the Sandon district bush fiios wero also raging on Friday and Saturday, and tho utmost difficulty was experienced in keeping tho flames from several farm houses and wool sheds. The damage done to grass and fences is very great, and bhe loss to farmers will be heavy.
