The barque Devonporb arrived yesterday evening with a cargo of coal, 23 days from Newcastle. She lefb Newcastle January 25th and when four days out experienced a gale varying from N.B. to S. W, with hiph cross seas, thence fine weather to February 15th, when a fresh S.E. gale with rain was met with, and after that fine weather to arrival.
